( BW)(NH-GT-SOLAR) GT Solar Signs $49M Polysilicon Reactor Contract with Nitol Group Business Editors MERRIMACK, N.H.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 29, 2007--GT Solar Incorporated, a global leader in photovoltaic technologies and equipment, announced today it has signed a $49 million contract to sell polysilicon reactors to the Russian company, Nitol Group. GT Solar's reactors and silicon tetrachloride converters will be installed at Nitol's production facility in Irkutsk, Siberia. GT's VP for Polysilicon, David Keck, said: "We are pleased to be working with Nitol Group - a company that has a great deal of experience in the production of Tricholorosilane (TCS) which is used to produce polysilicon."
